Was in Denver Colorado USA and family to me to the store there. Utmost professional. Friendly and cordial. Very competent shaper nice young man. Very efficient but never hurried the process. Rodeo King 100X and felt like had worn this hat for years. Extremely comfortable and was a western gentleman for all the business meetings. Excellent conversation piece for me once people hear Swiss German coming out of mouth. Lots of looks at the quality level for this one. Excellent value for the quality too. Good people and highly recommended.
